THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me on the Plaintiff's
Motion for Final Judgment or Default, and being otherwise advised
in the permises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. Plaintiffs, LLOYD TAYLOR and CLOTILDE F. TAYLOR, his wife,
are due $26,415.32 as principal, $2,464.02, as interest to date of
this judgment, $599.07 for taxes, and interest thereon, and $39.00
court costs now taxed, under the Articles of Agreement ~ ued on in

2. Plaintiffs hold a lien for the total sum superior to any

! claim or estate of defendant, EARLIE MAE GRIMSLEY, on the following

described property in St. Lucie County, Florida: '
South half of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1,
HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page
38 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida..
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of htis action accruing subsequent to this judgment
are not paid within ten (10) days form this date, the Clerk of this
Court shall sell the property at public sale on ~ , 1980

at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth
hereinafter, at the East door of the courthouse of St. Lucid County, i

in Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida
