Court, and further, as fully evidenced by the Notice of Redemption

and Satisfaction of Judgment heretofore filed in this cause, the
Clerk of•the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
~I is hereby directed to withhold issuance of a certificate of title

to the purchaser at the foreclosure sale heretofore conducted by ~

j said Clerk of September 18, 1980; and the Clerk is further hereby

authorized to disburse from the Registry of this Court the sum
. of~S25,215.93, representing the sum paid to fully satisfy the
judgment, said disbursement to be made to~the plaintiff herein,
Hazel J. Harris. ~
