Purclrtser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that tl?is

respect to the Declaration of Condomini?an as to the condauinium in which his w?it is
located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not limited to (?vl?ether the same are
attached to the Declaration or referred to therein), the By-la?vs of the /~~sociation,
Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget,
copy of sales brochure and i'loor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amend-
ments to the aforesaid Declaration and I:xlribits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws
and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owr?ers' Association; and
Purchaser furtl?er acknowledges receipt of and reading and ex:unination of said Declaration,
its Exhibits, and budget, sales brodun-e and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management i
of the Condominiun property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the
