O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the 16th day of
September, 1980, on the Husband's Petition For Modification, and
the Court having heard the testimony of the Husband and the argument
of his attorney, Rupert Jasen Smith, and the Court being duly
advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows:
1. That the last known address of Lucille Green Campbell, Wife
is Post Office Box 101, k'hitehouse, Florida 32220.
2. That the Clerk's office sent support checks to the Wife

at the Whitehouse, Florida address in July and again in September

~ 1980, both claimed by the Wife, LUCILLE GREEN CAMPBELL.
3. That the Husband's attorney sent, by certified mail, a
copy of the Petition For Modification and Notice of this hearing to
said address, which was returned as being unclaimed by the Wife.
It is therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that further support payments
as set out by final decree are abated pending a hearing by this Court
to determine the question of visitation of the parties' children, and
I possible emancipation of the child, ALLEN GREEN.
It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a copy of the Petition
~ For Modification as filed by the Husband and a copy of this Order shall
be mailed by the Cler~C of this. Court to the Wife, LUCILLE GREEN CAMP-
