Purchaser, by acceptance and ex~ti.ution of this Receipt, .aCknowledges that this

respect to the Ike:laration of CAndominiton as to the condorxiniton in which his wait is
located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not limited to (~~hether the s~tlrle are
attached to the Declaration or referred to thereiin), the lay-l.a~~s of the Association,
Articles of lncorparation, the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, -
copy of sales brochure and floor plan of .,partnrent purchased by purchaser, and all Amend-
ments to the aforesaid Declaration and rxlribits and fire Articles of Irncontoration, By-Laws
and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~,mers' A.SSOC1aL10r1; and
Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reacting and examination of said Declaration,
its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,•vtd acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the ;
o~~ners therein. Purchaser and all amens of parcels in the afol•edescribed Condominium
covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all

thereto, curd agrees that the assessment carder the Property Oamers' Association documents
referred to above and the provisions thcrcol• arc rcasonahlc, fair and equitable, and
said Purchaser acknowledges and conlil•nls that. the Ik~claration of Covenants anal Restrictions
of the Property A~?ners' Association has encwrdtered and irq~ressed a lien upon the CAndo-
minium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations tlndel~ the
said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the P1operty A~ncrs' Association and
said Purchaser assumes fire obligations as to the Property U~rrrers' Association as to his
condominium parcel. Purchaser confilms that all warranties, representations and induce-
ments, if any, arc as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto, and fire common expenses and the stuns •duc under the Property Olmers'
