ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Motion of the
Wife for a Temporary Restraining Order and other relief, the .
Husband having agreed in open Court to a restraining order and
to pay child support directly to the Clerk of Court, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties are hereby restrained
}
and enjoined fran molesting or harassing each other and the
Sheriff or any other law enforcement officer is authorized and
directed without notice or further order of this Court, to
arrest and incarcerate the offending party and to immediately
deliver said offending party to this Court for further disposition.

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband will continue T

to pay the Wife the sum of $SO.OO~each and every week for the
support of the minor children. Each payment shall be made to the

Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00)
as Statutory costs to be added to each payment to the Clerk. All
i
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised of their

mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is ~
i
in effect.
