THIS CAUSE came on before the Court the 11th day of June
1979, for final hearing, and the~Husband being present and
represented by counsel, and the Court having heard testimony from ~
`i the Husband and his witness and being fully advised in the- premise ,

?~the Court finds and decides as follows:

1. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the

!:subject matter in this action. f
2. There were seven (7) children born as a result of
`said marriage, to wit: Rosemary Brinson, Glinda Mae Jones,

'Yvonne JOnes, Lavern Jones, Rodney Jones, Jr., Ambrose Jones and
'Ezekel Jones. Ambrose Jones and Ezekel Jones are under the age
of 18 years.
3. The Wife, Mary Jones, is the proper party to have
.:custody of the minor children, Ambrose Jones and Ezekel Jones.
4. A basis for dissolution of marriage exists in that j
'ithe marriage is irretrievably broken. ~ ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

That the marriage between RODNEY JONES, SR. and MARY !
~ JONES is hereby dissolved, such dissolution to be a vinculo ~ {
