conveyed by corrective deed, dated the 27th day of May, 1955, from
Florida Homesites Estates, Inc., to Lillian Rankin, and recorded
on the 27th day of June, 1955, in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in deed book No. 202,
pages 465-466,
