Petitioner hss fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts .that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all ~ I', taxes and expemes of adminisdation. i E 4. The smount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives, attorneys , f ~ accountants, .appraisers or other agents employed by the persoml representative is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returru with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and 51ed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's ob4gations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. j 6.
