THIS INDENTURE, executed on the .2%l~ day of August, 1980,
between G. 8. WALTERS, SR., Personal Representative of the Estate
of ALLIECE K. WALTERS, deceased, Party of the First Part, and
Joann Walters Clark, of 1604 Florida Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida,
George W. Walters, Jr. , of 1524 NW 9th, Oklahoma City, Olclatxma,
and George B. Walters, Sr., of 1604 Florida Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, Parties of the Second .'Part
WITNESSETH:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the i.etters of Admin-
istration issued on the 16th day of August 1978, and 1n consideration
of the premises, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, their
heirs, and assigns forever, the interest ,of ALLIECE K. WALTERS,
deceased, in the real property in Broward County, Florida, described ,
j as:
~ A one-third inter-est in a ninty-nine year •lease on the
~ following dexcribed real property, to-wit:
Lots 1,2, 3, and 4, of Block 2, of Bryan,Marshall, Rawlins
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 63, of the
~ Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and .singular the tenements, hereditaments
-and appurtenances belonging or~in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the First Part does covenant to and with the
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the transfer of this convey-
ance the orders of the above named court and the.laws of Florida
