resentative, and Receipt of Beneficiaries and Consent to Discharge,
fo the Estate of ALLIECE K. WALTERS, deceased, adn the court finding
that the Estate has been propertly distributed, that claims of
creditors have been paid or otehrwise disposed of, and that the per-
- sonal representative should be discharged, it therefore is
ADJUDGED that
