I, Nils M. Thornbladh , a resident of St . Lucie County, Florida, being of
sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking any and all former Wills, Codicils and letters of testamentary import by me made. _
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts due at the time of my death and all my last illness and funeral expenses be paid
as soon after my death as practicable.
SECOND: I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my estate and property, including all property of which I shall die
seized and possessed, and all property to which I shall otherwise be entitled at the time of my decease, of whatsoever
kind and nature, and wheresoever situated, be it real, personal or mixed in equal shares, to my children, Robert
yelson Thornbladh and Sonja T. Harris, equally, share and share alike, as sole
beneficiaries named herein, per stirpes.
THIRD: I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter, Sonja T. Harris, as Personal
Representative of this my Last Will and Testament. If she shall fail to so act, I nominate and appoint my son,
:obert NelsonTl~ornbladh ~ Alternate Personal Representative hereunder. I direct that no bond or security of any
kind be required in any jursscliction of my said Personal Representative, her substitutes or successors, the same being
specifically waived hereby.
FOURTH: In addition to the powers given them by the laws of the State of Florida, I authorize my Personal Repre-
sentative to sell any of my assets, both real and personal, for the better management and preservation of my estate. in
the event I wish to dispome of tangible personal property not specifically mentioned herein, I shall do so by a separate
writing, with the knowledge of my Personal Representative.
FIFTH: It is my specific intent that upon my death-I shall be cremated according
to the arrangements made with Yates Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have subscribed my name and set my seal to this, my Last Will and Testament, consisting
