On the Petition of Robert N. 'Thornbladh and Sonja T: Harris
for Family Administration of the Estate of Nils ~i. THornbladh,
deceased, the court finding that the decedent died on the 28th day of April
19 80 ;that all interested persons have been served proper notice of this hearing,
or have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition are true;
and that an Order of Family Administration should be entered in this estate in accord-
ance with the petition, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date February 2? 19 80 and attested
by Edward J. Kennedy and Marilyn Zisman~ as sub-
scribing and attesting witnesses is admitted to probate according to law, and and for
the last will of the decedent.
ADJUDGED that there~be immediate distribution of the assets of the dec-

estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to receive and collect the same,
and to maintain actions to enforce the right.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that debtors of the decedent, thos holding property of
the-decedent, and those with whom securities or other properties of decedent are regis-
tered, are authorized and empowered to comply with 'this order by paying, delivering,
and transfering to those specified above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned
to them by this order, and shall not be accountable to anyone else for the property.
