The decedent, David Martin McDowell a~a? a resident of s _ t. ~ p County, Florida, died on September 15 .19 78 and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on October 25 ~ ,19 78 . 2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration of _ this estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration. i 4. The amount of compensation either paid• or to be paid to the personal representatives, 1 attorneys, accountants,- appraisers or other agents employed by the personal repreaentative is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. i I i 5. Petitioner has filed aU required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court t . i evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. i - 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "B". s 7. Under F.S. 732.102(b), the wife is entitled to the first $20,000.00 of the intestate estate, plus one-half of the balance. For various reasons, the undersigned Personal Representative who was the spouse of the decedent waives her claim to the full share and prays that she will be awarded all assets of the estate except for the McDowell Industries stock which will be awarded to the children, in equal shares.
