6. The nature and approximate value. of the assets in
this Estate are:
Potential claim for restitution
of money loaned by decedent -
approximate: $20,000,00
7. A Disposition of Personal Property without Adminis-
tration was filed herein on or about October 9, 1979, wherein
certain property of the decedent in the approximate amount of
$1,753.91 was distributed to the Petitioner as reimbursement ~
for funeral expenses. ~ ~
8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, 1
