SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION
The undersigned consisting of all the heirs and persons
awing an interest in the Estate of Howard C. Smith, Deceased,
ereby agree to distribution of the assets in the estate as
follows:
1. Thomas ii. Smith is to receive a reduction in that
ertain mortgage from Thomas H. Smith to Howard C. Smith in the
mount of $28,234.00 (said mortgage having been in the original,
rincipal sum of 555,000.00). Additionally, Thomas H. Smith shall
eceive the sum of $3,378.00 from a certain estate asset described
s that certain mortgage dated tiay 15, 1972 from the State
xecutive Committee of the Young lien's Christian Associations of
iassachusetts and Rhode Island to Chimney Corners Car,~p, Inc, and
ecorded tiay 15, 1972 in Bool: 923, Page- 826, County of Berkshire,
torte of tassachusetts (15.76 0) . -
2. Thomas W. Smith and Michael Smith shall receive
he mortgage from Thomas H. Smith to Howard C. Smith with a present
alance of $30,944.00 (after taking into consideration the reduc-
ion set forth above), said mortgage being in the original,
rincipal sun of 555,000.00. The said ~'honas W. Smith and t4ichael
Smith hereby agree to accept payment under said mortgage by

~ eceiving 5100.00 each per taonth in interest on the balance of
30,944.00 and each shall receive one-half the remaining principal
alance together with any interest which mad have accrued upon
! eaching the age of 25 years. All parties hereto either indi-
idually or through their natural guardian agree to execute
hatever documents may be necessary to give effect to this agree-
ent.
3. Ronald F. Smith shall receive the fifteen (15) units
nown as an interest in the limited partnership of Paul Zinter
nd Associates Series One valued at 516,000.00 and the remainder
f the South Cove assets in the estate which all parties agree
