shall further receive the remainder of monies left in the estate
savings account after payment of all debts., legal fees and ad- j
inistrative costs (said balance to be approximately $5,706.21). `
4. All parties further agree that the sum of $4,000.00
shall be paid from the estate savings account in the following
nner:
$2,000.00 each to ~'homas H. Smith and Ronald F. Smith
as these amounts represent repayment of loan made by said indi-
iduals to the Estate of Howard C. Smith, Deceased.
