1. Exterior elevations shall he faced with exposed aggregate, glass, brick, wood,
vinyl, native stone, finished concrete panels, ceramic tile, or porcelain
enamel (or any combination thereof) at option of Tenant. Colors and textures
to be approved by Tenant. Halls facing service areas may be concrete block or
common brick. _
2. Floors of sales area shall have vinyl-composition floor. The entrance Floors '
are to be cement with Carburundum Co. sidewalk silicone abrasive (or equal)
added to make non-sltp. Toilet room Floors are to be ceramic tile. Employee
and locker rooms shall leave vinyl-asbestos the floor. Service and stockroom
areas shall have a cement floor.
3. There shall he furnlshed and installed to the leased premises water closets,
lavatories, service sink, urinals, floor drains, toilet stalls, all plumbing
lines, including sprinkler system and plumbing connections to Tenant's equipment.
Plumbing lines are to .be brought through the floor In sleeves, and all supply
lines are to be equipped with valves. All hot and cold water lines are to be
covered. Furnish and install water heating equipment as required.
4. There sl~atl be furnlshed and installed in the leased premises all electric
wiring, electric service, disconnect switches, meter panels, panel boards,
safety switches at motor outlets, all lighting Fixtures (including Sitmltne
recessed lighting fixtures in Sales Area), show window lighting and entrance
lighting. All equipment indicated on the approved plans, whether Installed by
Landlord or Tenant, !s to be completely connected by Landlord. t

ducts, fans, blowers, also the furnishing and Lnstallatlon of a complete roof
top air conditioning system. All air conditioning ducts to be covered where
j spec if led. Provide controls for air condtttoning, I~eating and ventllatlon
equipment as specified by Tenant.
6. Adequate heating equipment, as required Ln the operation of Tenant's business,
shall be Eurnlshed and installed. Equipment shall be located in the leased
premises.
7. There shall be Eurnlshed and installed to the leased premises division walls,
curtain walls, partitions and doors, stockrooms, stockroom shelving and
cabinets. All such walls are to be "lfarlLte", drywall, concrete block or
ceramic the where necessary or appropriate. An.aco~~.stic tale or drywall
ceiling shall-be installed where required, as determined by the plans and
specif icatlons.

8. Store front, material and metal entrance doors shall be extr~ided alt~miniim.
1 Swtnglnp, entrance doors shall be manufficturer's standard line narrow stile doors
~ with extruded Eramc~s and i{laze~i with tempered glass. Center and sidelights at f
entrance shall also be glazed wttl~ tempered glass.
