THIS BALLOON MORTGAGE DEED executed this day of SEPTFMafQ
1980 by DAVID LUSTIG AND pOROTHY H. LUSTIG, HIS WIFE hereinafter

existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called
the mortgagee:
