RE: Lot 20, Block 684, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 18, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, an officer duly authorized in the state and-county last aforesaid to
take acknowledgements, personally appeared ALICE STOLZ, who first being duly sworn,
deposes and says:
That she was the Grantee in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in
Official Records Book 221, Page 2772, in which she acquired title
to the above described lands, from MINNIE WOLK a/k/a MINNIE HELFENBAUM. .
She also states that MINNIE WOLK a/k/a MINNIE HELFENBAUM's homestead was
not the property conveyed in the said deed, and that the land was in fact,
vacant and unimproved property.
She further states, that she is the same person who is the Grantor in
that certain Warranty Deed being recorded herewith, in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that this property was not her homestead,
j but is in fact vacant, unimproved land.
