PHYLLIS KESSLER, being first upon her oath duly
sworn, deposes and says:
I am the duly appointed-and acting personal re-
presentative of the Estate of Hilda Rotenberg and I was the
personal representative of the Estate of Leo Rotenberg, who .
died on March 10th, 1979; a certified copy of the death _
certificate of Leo Rotenberg-is attached hereto.
There is also attached hereto a certified copy of
.the death certificate of Hilda Rotenberg, who died August
23, 1979.
From the date of their marriage through the date
of the death of Leo Rotenberg, to wit: March 10th, 1979, the
said Leo Rotenberg and Hilda Rotenberg were continuously
married .
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
