FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of November,
1974, and-the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
-the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ s
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE The marriage between LOUIS ~
S
G. UNDERWOOD and ROSE MARIE UNDERWOOD be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the-bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
. 2. ALIMONY Commencing the 5th day of November, 1974,
LOUIS G. UNDERWOOD shall pay to ROSE MARIE UNDERWOOD the sum of
$250.00 each and every month, for the support of the Wife. ~
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to ROSE MARIE UNDERWOOD. In addition
' there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to
= be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
