3. PROPERTY The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying, the other.
5. FEES The Court determines the sum of $300.00 to be
reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and
LOUIS G. UNDERWOOD is ordered to pay said attorney said. sum.
6. JURISDICTION Jurisdiction of th#.s cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, Florida this ~ day
