Court pursuant to Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 1.420 -

for voluntary dismissal of the above-styled cause, and as grounds
therefore would state as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff and the Defendant have settled ~

the matters which are the subject of the litigation in the above-
styled cause. ~

2. That it is fn the best interests of the parties to this
litigation that this Court grant this Notice of Voluntary Dismissal -
and remove this litigation from the Court's docket in view of the
fact that it has been settled between the parties.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff prays thin Honorable Court enter
its Order dismissing the above-styled cause based upon settlement
