MYSTI RENEE MOORE n/k/a
~IYSTI RENEE ARVO,
FINAL JUDG;~NT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE having come to be heard upon the
verified Petition for Adoption of the minor herein now
known as Mysti Renee Arvo and it appearing to the Court
that the natural mother of said minor has been duly served
with process in this cause and the Court having further con-
sidered the consent to the adoption given by the natural
father and the recommendations of the Department of Health
and Rehabilitative Services of the State of Florida, and
it further appearing on the evidence presented that the Petitioners
Kenneth Roger Moore and Edna Lucille rioore are fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor child, that the best interests
of child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child
is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The child now known as Mysti Renee Arvo born
on May 26, 1972 in Los Angeles, California, is the legal child
of the Petitioners, Kenneth Roger Moore and Edna Lucille Moore,

his wife, entitled to all rights and privileges and subject
to all obligations, of the child born to the Petitioners in
lawful wedlock.
2. The said-minor child is given the name of Mysti
Renee Moore, by which name she shall be known hereafter.
