IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF
AMANDA DAWN SALOMON
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause having come on to be heard before me this day on
the motion of the Petitioner for Final Judgment of Adoption,
and it appearing to the Court that the State Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services has filed its answer thereto,
and the Court now being advised in the premises, finds:
1. That the Petitioner, SID SALOMON,III, is a fit and
proper person to adopt the child named in the Petition,. and
that the best interests of the child will be promoted by such
adoption. A
2. That ,this is a stepparent adoption and no investigation
or recommendation of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services is required.

3. That the consent of the natural father is filed in
this action under oath.
~ 4. That said child is suitable for adoption.
IT IS THEREFORE, upon consideration:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: _
A. That permanent custody of the child known as AMANDA DAWN
HUSS in these proceedings is hereby given to SID SALOMON, III,
and JACQUELINE SALOMON.
B. That said child now known as AMANDA DAWN HUSS is given
the lawful name of and shall henceforth be known as AMANDA DAWN
SALOMON. `
C. That said child is hereby declared to be the legal child
and lawful heir of SID SALOMON, III, and said child shall be
subject to all of the obligations and entitled to all of the
FIAROLD H. GOLOMAN
