CONSENT BY MORTGAGEE
THE UNDERSIGNED, as a General Partner of ROYAL

ESTATES ASSOCIATES, a Florida General Partnership, does hereby t
approve and consent to the granting of that certain Easement
Agreement and Release with respect to the lands described on
Exhibit "A" of the subject Easement Agreement and Release, and i
related exhibits recorded on August 22, 1980, at Official
Records Book 33?, at page 445, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, copy of legal description attached hereto.
Said partnership is a mortgagee under the terms of
that certain mortgage deed recorded on November 23, 1973, at
Official Records Book 221, page 519, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said approval and consent granted this 3~ day of
