To receive, indorse and collect all checks or drafts payable to my • . order, for whatever account, and -to give full discharge for the same; to deposit in any bank or banks any and all monies collected or received for me or in my behalf; to draw checks and drafts and generally to withdraw money from any and all bank accounts, including checking and savings accounts, standing in my name individ- ually, or jointly with some other person or persons, or as trustee for some other person or persons, whether such accounts are made up of monies belonging to me or collected or received by my said Attorney as aforesaid, or otherwise, for any . purpose whatsoever; to indorse or accept notes, checks, drafts, or bills of exchange which may require my indorsement for deposit as cash or ;~r collection f n ang bank account, or which may have been drawn upon me in the usual course of my busi- ness; to borrow from time to time such sums of money and upon such terms as my said Attorney may deem advisable or expedient, and in pursuance thereof to make, execute, sign and. deliver any and all mortgages, pledges or other instruments of security upon or affecting any or Illl of my property, whether real or personal or mixed; and to apply fo~c, enter into or receive the proceeds of, any and all contracts of insurance, of whatsoever kind or nature, upon. affecting or otherwise with re- spect to,'any or aA of my said pmpertq; - - (E). With respect to any annuities, or policies of life, accident, health, hospitalization, compensation. or any~other kind of insurance of whatsoever nature, or any combination of the foregoing, of which T am now or may hereafter be the assured, the owner or beneficiary; to elect to take and to receive all or part of the loan values of any of such policies or the cash surrender values thereof; to elect any other nonforfeiture provision thereof, including paid-up and continued insur- ance: to receive dividends thereunder in cash or as paid-up additions, or to elect any other disposition thereof; to name a new primary or contingent beneficiary of any of said policies upon tl:a dr;s~:i of any person now a primary or contingent ben- eficiary thereunder, in the place and stead of such deceased beneficiary; to dem:~nd and receive the endowment value of any endowment policy maturing according to its terms, or any other sum which may become due under said policies or any agree- . ments supplementary thereto (other than sums payable by reason of my death) ; S ~ (F). To engage or dismiss•any agent, counsel or employee, and otherwise to act for me and in my na2ne in connection with any business in which I am now or have been engaged or interested, and in connection with any contract or con- - tracts heretofore made by me; and to make, do and transact all and any business of any nature in which I am or have been interested or in which I may be or have been concerned; (G).
