WILLIAMS and DIANE WILLIAMS, his wife, whose postoffice address
is 1418 W. Booth Dxive , Fort Pierce, FL 33450, hereinafter
called the grantee: -
W I T N E S S E T H
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the grantee all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
Cdunty,'Florida, viz:

The East 158 feet of the South 125 feet of the East 3/5 of the
West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
21, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; lESS rights of way for
roads and canals.
ALSO, an easement over and across the West 40 feet of the
East 3/5 of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the
