SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE '
THIS SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE, dated this ~,o~aay of September, 1980, t
by SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIB COUNTY (formerly ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANR), a banking
corporation, as Trustee under a certain Trust Agreement dated May 15, 1972,
which was a passive trust for certain directors and officers of CITIZENS
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, does hereby
acknowledge payment in full and satisfies that certain mortgage deed dated i
September 4, 1973, executed by CHARLES M. NEVIASER and LOUIS J. CARUSILLO, ;

which mortgage was recorded in O.R. Book 218, Page 858-859, of the St. Lucie F
County Public Records, based upon acknowledgment of the beneficiaries that

said mortgage has been paid in full, does hereby satisfy said mortgage as of ~

record and acknowledges payment in full.
