the Husband does not have at this time.

better description of which the Husband does not have at

CITY subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23,
of the St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records, run
Westerly, along the north line of said Lot 213, 40 feet
to the Northeast corner of, and~the Point of Beginning
- of the lands herein described: From said Point of
Beginning continue Westerly along the north line of
aforesaid Lot 213, 100 feet; thence Southerly parallel
- to the east Line of said Lot 213, 106.2 feet to the
north line of road; thence~Easterly, parallel to the
