PETITION TO BORROW AND MORTGAGE ~
COMES NOW BONITA HANSEN KEYES and LEWIS WITT, as the duly

appointed and acting guardians of the property of Johanne Hansen,
Incompetent, and hereby petition this Honorable Court for an
order authorizing said guardians to borrow money for and on
_ behalf of the said Johanne Hansen by mortgaging certain real
property owned by her, under and in accordance with Section 744.44 ,
Florida Statutes, and in support thereof would show as follows:
1. The said Johanne Hansen is the fee simple owner of three
parcels of real estate located in St. Lucie County and more par-
ticularly described in the Inventory filed herein. The first
parcel consists of approximately 11.75 acres of citrus grove
property located at 5104 Oleander Avenue. The residence of
Johanne Hansen and a packing house facility are also located on t
this parcel. The second parcel consists of approximately 23.71 ,
acres of citrus grove property located on 25th Street north of ~

` Midway Road. The third parcel consists of approximately 9.88
acres of citrus grove property located on Christiansen Road north ,
of Midway Road. Each of these parcels is held in the name of
Johanne Hansen, individually, and each is free and clear of any
lien or encumbrance.
2. Prior to the onset of the physical infirmities of the
said Johanne Hansen, she operated these properties as producing
citrus groves, and processed, graded, washed, packed and shipped
citrus fruit, all under-the name of Hansen Groves.
