4.. The said Johanne Hansen is without any cash assets from
which the undersigned guardians can meet her living expenses or
her medical expenses. or with which to maintain her citrus groves.
5. It would be in the best interest of the said Johanne
Hansen for the undersigned guardians to mortgage a parcel of her
real property to raise cash with which to meet her current living
expenses, her medical expenses and to provide maintenance for her
citrus groves.
6. After due consideration, the undersigned__guardians pro-
pose that the following described real property be mortgaged in
_ an amount not to exceed $40,000.00:
1) Beginning at the center of Oleander
Avenue and Second Street; thence East 1060';
thence North 333'; thence West to the center
of said Oleander Avenue; thence South along
the center of said avenue to beginning.
2) Beginning at the center of Oleander
Avenue and Second Street; thence South 165';
thence East 530'; thence North. 165'; thence
West to beginning.
3) Beginning at a point 165' South and
530' East of said center of Oleander Avenue
and Second Street; thence North 165'; thence
East 530'; thence South 165'; thence West 530'
to beginning.
The above per plat of White City Subdivi-
sion, per plat thereof in Plat Bt~ok 1, page 23,
of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
WHEREFORE, BONITA HANSEN REYES and LEWIS WITT, as guardians
of the property of Johanne Hansen, incompetent, request that this
Honorable Court enter an order authorizing them to borrow up to
$40,000.00 for and on behalf of the said Johanne Hansen and to
mortgage the above-described property as security for this loan.
