ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before this Court upon ~
the verified Petition to Borrow and Mortgage filed herein by
BONITA HANSEN KEYES and LEWIS WTTT, as the duly appointed and '
acting guardians of the property of JOHANNE HANSEN, incompetent, .
and the Court having considered said Petition and being other-
wise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon;
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Petition be, and the same
is -hereby granted, and the said BONITA HANSEN KEYES and LEWIS
WITT, as the duly appointed.and•acting guardians of the property
of JOHANNE HANSEN, incompetent, be, and the same are hereby .
authorized and directed to borrow money, in an amount not to
exceed $40,000.00, and to mortgage, as security therefor, the
following described real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
1) Beginning at-the center o~ Oleander j
Avenue and Second Street; thence East 1060';
thence North 333'; thence West to the center
of said Oleander Avenue; thence South along
the center of said avenue to beginning.

2) -$eginning at the center of Oleander - ~
Avenue and 'Second Street; thence South 165'; -
thence East 530'; thence North 165'; thence
West to beginning.
3) Beginning at a point 165' South and
530' East of said center of Oleander Avenue
and Second Street; thence North 165'; thence E
East 530'; thence South 165'; thence West 530'
to beginning.
The above per plat of White City Subdivi-
' sion, as per plat thereof in Plat Book 1, page 23, 1
of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
