the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
PORT ST. LUCIE LANES, INC., and WILLIAM E. GOULD CONSTRUCTION, INC., both being
Fla. Corporations dated July 13 ~ t9 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0•R• Book 290 on page
1342 ,securing the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-six Thousand and no/100------

covering property in the County of $t, Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
