Collateral Assignment of Lease or Leases
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, MIDYAY PLAZA ASSOCIATESs

(hereinafter referred to as the "Assignor"'), for and in consideration of the sum of One 1JoAar (i1.O0) and other
valuable consideration, the receipt and suffidency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby transfer, sell,
assign and convey to ' AM>sRICAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Missouri corporation,
having its principal place of business at 700 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63101 .
(hereinafter referred to as "Assignee', all leases, rents, issues and profits, including, but not limited to, those
certain leases, the rentals reserved, the amount payable and the receipts arising thereunder and any and all ben-
efits that may be had or obtained from said leases, which said leases are described as follows:
Lease dated April 4, 1977 betveea MIDYAY PLAZA AT YSITE CITY, INC., a Florida
corporation, Lessor, and Tl~ 5O0TlHJlND CORPORATION, Lessee, at the rents, cover-
ing the preaises, and upon the terms, covenants and conditions set forth in
said Lease.
Lease dated July 15, 1980 between MIDYAY PLAZA ASSOCIATES, Lessor, and TRI
COUNTY FOODS, INC., Lessee, at the rents, covering the premises, and upon
the terms, covenants sad conditions set forth in said Lease.
Lease dated January 15, 1979 between MIDYAY PLAZA ASSOCIATES, Lessor, and
~ RIBGI.RR-ORR ASSOCIATES, Lessee, at the rents, covering the premises, and
upon the terms, covenants and conditions set forth in said Lease.
Lease dated April 2, 1980 between MIDYAY PLAZA ASSOCIATES, Lessor, and
BE1TY JURICOYSKI D/B/A BE1TY'S BOIITIQIIE, Lessee, at the rents, covering the
premises, and upon the terse, covenants and conditions set forth-in said
Lease. - .

ROBERT DRIIMM, Lessee, at the rents, covering the premises, sad upon the
terms, covenants and conditions set forth is said Lease.
