the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Paul M. Green and Sylvia N.

Green, his wife dated October 15th i9 75 .and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O~ R. Book 245 on Page
2653 . securinct the payment of the sum of Twenty Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred and no/100----

covering property in the County of St . Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, end cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of reaxd. .
