BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority duly qualified and
acting, personally appeared ALBERT CULVER and SHIRLEY ANN CULVER,

his wife; to me well known, who after being duly sworn and cau-
tioned upon oath, deposes and says: ~

1. That the affiants are in undisputed possession of the ~
