BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority duly qualified and
acting, personally appeared DONALD BAKER, a married man, to me ~

well known, who after being duly sworn•and cautioned upon ~

•oath, deposes and says:
1. That the affiant is in undisputed possession of the

following described property, to-wit:
Lots 16 and 17 of Block 6 of PARADISE
PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof -
on file in Plat Book 8 at Page 17 of
the public records of St. Lucie-County,
Florida.
2. That there has been neither labor performed on, nor
materials furnished or contracted for the use or to be used in
or upon or about said premises aforesaid within a period of three }
months next preceding the date of this Affidavit., or if same has
been done that full payment of such obligation has been made at
or material furnished for use in, upon or about the same premises
within a period of time, next preceding this Affidavit, during
which a lien for the same could be legally filed against the said
property by any person whomsoever.

3. That the above are from this Affiant's personal
knowledge with the intent that said purchaser shall fully rely on
same.
