THIS BALLOON MORTGAGE executed this 26th day of September,
1980 by ORANGE AVENUE AUTO SALES,INC., a Florida Corporation,
I hereinafter called the mortgagor, to MARSHALL A. THORNTON and y~~~'='
M. THORNTON,HIS WIFE, hereinafter called the mortgagee: -
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considertions, and also
in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the Promissory Note
of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and '
