KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by ,L
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THS CITY OF FORT PIERCE, ~
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
and grant to the CITY OF FORT•PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTNO~tITY the privilege
and easement to construct an electric distribution _ine over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
A 20 foot electric utflf ty easement across Lot 6 of Hoggs S/D of
the West half of NWT, West half of the SW~ and SEA of SW~ Section
28, Township 34S, Range 40E, St. Lucie County.
The easement being described as follows:
Commence at the northwest corner of Lot 6, elk 3 of Ft. Pierce
Highlands, Unit One, Thence run N 89° 50' K 60 feet to a point on
West R/W~lipe on Dickens Street, thence run N 10 feet to the P.O.B.
of the Centerline of a 20' wide utility easement, thence from P.O.B.
run West 36S' more or less to a point on the East R/ii line of the
Fast side of North 25 Street also being the"West line of Lot 6 of
Hoggs S/D, end of easement area.

a.nd to place such poles and attachments thereto, across and on,
said land as.n:ay be necessary in the construction of said Line,
including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all
txees and limbs which may endanger the same, with .the right to
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con-
struct, maintain and repair said line. No .permanent structures
shall be placed or_ installed on said easement.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own
the said land and have the right to grant this easement..
