ORDER ASSESSING ATTORNEYS' FEES FOR
APPELLATE PROCEEDINGS
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court pursuant to
the Motion to Assess Attorneys' Fees for Proceedings in the
District Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Florida in
this cause, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion should be-and the
same hereby is granted and reasonable attorneys' fees are
determined for all appellate proceedings in the District
Court of Appeal and the proceedings in the Supreme Court of
Florida to be the sum of $7500.00.
The Clerk of this Court shall forthwith send a certified
copy of this Order to the Department of Transportation,
Haydon Burns Building, Tallahassee, Florida.
Immediately upon receipt of said Order, the Department
of Transportation shall pay the sum of $7500.00 to the law
firm of Relly, Black, Black & Earle, P.A., 1400 Alfred I.
duPont Building, Miami, Florida 33131 or in lieu thereof,
may deposit said sum in the Registry of the Court in St. Lucie
County. In the event the Department of Transportation `
deposits said sum of $7500.00 in the Registry of the Court
