MARY ANN SRAGGS, his wife, under a certain Note and Mortgage
dated November 9, 1978, wherein BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC.,
a Florida corporation, is Mortgagor and M. B. SKAGGS and
''MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, the Defendants herein, as tenants
in common, are the Mortgagees; Said Mortgage is recorded in
