has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Order of
this Court entered on the 25th day of July, 1980, and is as of this September 19; 1980,

ante of $278.00 for a total arrearage of $308.00, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that THEODORE ROOSEVELT GILCHRIST had the financial ability to pay the -
$30.00 and for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court but may purge himself
of this contempt by paying the $30.00 current arrearage on Monday, September 22, 1980, t
or he shall be required as punishment to serve fifteen (15) days in the St. Lucie
County Jail.
FURTHER ORDERED, commencing September 26, 1980, he will make arrearage payments of
$10.00 a week on the balance of $278.00 plus the regular weekly payment of $15.00 a
week each and every week for a total of $25.00. Payments to be made to the Clerk of
Circuit Court and are to include and additional $2.00 statutory Clerk's fee.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of
such ~f~irther orders as may be proper.
