PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN
WHEREAS, on August 20, 1980 a lien was filed by Dickerson,
Inc. concerning that property as more particularly set forth in
said-claim of lien filed in official record book.337, page 145,
~of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said property
purportedly being owned by Earl R. Nelson, Inc, as set forth in
- said claim of lien; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the lienor, Dickerson, Inc.,
- to remove and release from said lien a certain portion of the
land described in said claim of lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of X10.00, the lienor,
.Dickerson, Inc. hereby releases and removes from said lien the
fol-lowing property only: 3
Holiday Pines Phase I, according to the plat thereof _
recorded in plat book 18, page 16, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Holiday-Pines Phase II-A, according to the plat
thereof recorded in plat book 20, page 7, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Holiday Pines Phase II-B, according to the plat -
thereof recorded in plat book 20, page 12, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It being the intention of the lienor to remove from the land
described in said lien all of the previously mentioned parcels so
that the only land remaining under said lien is the property
described as Holiday Pines Phase III, according to the plat
thereof recorded in plat book 20, page 19, of the public records '
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
