This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following:

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
- heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective ~
' parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises ~ -

hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, ~
~s- through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the, lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Hutchinson Island Limited, Inc., has caused this Deed to be
executed by its Vice President and its corporate seal affixed hereto pursuant
to a resolution heretofore adopted by its Board of Directors.
