MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the undersigned, HOWARD ARONSON, 404 East Genesee Street, .
Fayetteville, New York (hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor") did here-
tofore execute to KEY BANK OF CENTRAL NEW YORK (formerly First Trust &
Deposit Company), 201 South Warren Street, Syracuse, New York (hereinafter
referred to as "Mortgagee"), a certain Mortgage dated September 16, 1976,
said Mortgage securing an indebtedness of $1,100,000.00 and being recorded
on September 23, 1976 in official Record Book 257, at page 2582, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and
WHEREAS, the legal description. of the property encumbered in said
Mortgage is located in St._ Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
