of New York, having its principal place of business at No.
201 S. Warren Street, Syracuse, New York, hereinafter designated as
the Mortgagee.
WZTNESSETH that to secure the payment of an indebtedness
in the sum of Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-one and

of America, to be paid with interest thereon, according to
a certain note or obligation bearing even date herewith,
