A tract of land lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 33., Township 34 South, Range 40 East, near Fort
' Pierce, St. Lucie county, Florida, being more particularly described

thence North 00° 37' S6" West (parallel to the North-South quarter -
