Upon at~y default of the 2ortgagor in com- ~ plying with or performing any warranty or covenant herein, i - ~ - the Mortgagee may, at the Mortgagee's option, comply with # _ ~ or perform the same, and the cost thereof, together with ~ interest thereon at the rate of 8.:1~/?~ per centum per annum shall be paid by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee on . - - -demand and shall be secured by this mortgage.
